Does anything sound more Spanish than bull tail stew?? I don’t think so….
I don’t think you could get more Spanish even if you tried.
I was lucky enough to have this home made for me.
And let me tell you…. its nothing like I expected. The meat itself was very tender and basically fell apart in your mouth. It was delicious.
I wouldn’t have thought bull tail would have enough meat in it to be that tender….
Oh well, this is a short and sweet post but I wanted to share that I am Spanish now.
